Relax with your family in this recently-updated 1800-square-foot Branson condo with a 3-season sunroom overlooking a beautiful fountain (seasonal). The condo has a spacious living room with a 55-inch TV, beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, and a separate dining room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and bathroom. The main floor bedrooms have king beds. There is a queen bed in the loft as well as 2 roll-away beds. There is also a rocker/glider, highchair, baby gate, and pack "n play for the little ones. Spend time as a family playing with the provided board games, enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom, or curl up with one of the provided books on the sofa! The unit is well-stocked with the essentials required for your stay, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap/shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap, and more!
Pointe Royale is a gated golf community with beautifully kept grounds and Lake Taneycomo access. Enjoy fishing with artificial lures right from the property grounds. The Pointe Royale Club House is a short walk right across the street! There, you will find a restaurant (The Grill at Pointe Royale), Pro Shop, large outdoor and indoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, and a workout room. Boat parking is available across the street at Branson Self Storage for a fee. We are conveniently located approximately 5 miles from the 76 Strip, 8 miles from Silver Dollar City, and 5 miles from State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake.
